Boyz II Men + kind of ootd. / 9.3.15.
1:46:00 AM
Vocally, Boyz II Men have to be one of the very best groups I listen to - their harmonies and acapella performances are always so incredible. I always talk about how sad I am that there will probably never be a group of this generation that can sing love songs as good or better than Boyz II Men. I've seen them a few times before and earlier tonight, I got the chance to see them perform a free show at the local fair... and of course, they didn't disappoint. What's new? They're timeless.
Here are some snaps from the concert and an outfit kind of thrown in as well. Check it out!

The guys were incredible.. the crowd (besides us) though? Weak. I felt like we were the only ones dancing and belting. I could literally hear myself singing. Their little side talks were the funniest. They classified me as a '90's Boyz II Men baby' and said they were basically like our uncles... but don't encourage walking up to them and asking for money. Haha, they had me laughing at all their little jokes.
After the show we grabbed some deep fried grub.. aka fair food - cinnamon sugar mini donuts, pizza, RED VELVET DEEP FRIED OREOS. AHHHHH.
I swear, the deep fried oreos taste better than they look.
i think i belong here! |
Of course, we walked around the fair grounds and had some Tim Horton's. Like real Canadians.
Also - can I live in here?! It looks cool. |
As promised, here's what I wore today. I HAD 3 LAYERS ON. IT WAS FREEZING. When the disco pants come out... it means that I'm ready for a dance party. Tonight was just that and nothing short. I belted my heart out and fell 2+ times when they played MotownPhilly. They've still got it! Truthfully, if anyone were to take me on a date - this would be the very very very most ideal concert. I'd slow dance to Boyz II Men any day.
