Out in LA, there's a little spot filled with many pillars of lights that I had never been to - LACMA, a museum of lights. I've always seen the place on every fashion blogger's instagram or just floating around my tumblr dash. So one little night in LA after having a bite to eat at Urth Caffe, we headed out to take a few shots around the area.

Flying 35 000 feet up in the air can easily be one of the best and worst times. I find that as I get older and as I board more and more planes, I get a lot more anxious and frightened by it. I hate being enclosed in a tight capsule spaceship thing and the initial take off has me digging my nails into the sides of my seat for dear life. Each ride holds some weird uncertainty to me, full of nauseating turbulence and strangers I've never seen in my life.

As you may not have realized, April has been such a good, yet busy month for me. "Good" being used for lack of better term and "busy" easily used as an understatement. I hate to admit, but with a full schedule for approximately 30 days straight, I struggled with trying to keep writing off the back burner. However, over the course of the past few months, I've been motivated to do a lot with this blog (as usual); but in a different manner with each entry.

Going along with routines and schedules can be quite defeating + draining for the most part. It's often why I shy away from any sort of unneeded structure. Lately, I've been worrying a lot about my future and the decisions I will choose to make along the way- and trust me, I still do think a lot about it, but much lesser now. It took a few proper conversations, a handful of sleepless nights and a lot more self-reflection than I would've imagined to get me where I am in this very moment.

It's officially spring! What better way to start off the season than with an awesome playlist full of new/older variety to get you going. As a someone whose life revolves around music in any shape or form - I'm always on the lookout for new things to listen to. I love receiving music suggestions, I love giving music suggestions and I love the idea of making mixes or playlists for each other. Contrary to what a lot of people believe, there are SO many talent ridden artists and good tunes out there. Dig a little deeper than your average FM and there lies a haven "sicker than your average" as Biggie would say. These are just a few of the songs I've been vibing out to lately.
